Cyclone Oswald formed in the hot waters of the Gulf of Carpentaria on January 21^st 2013. Oswald crossed Cape York, headed east and tracked 3000 kilometers along the east Australian coast from Cairns to Sydney. The storm manages to hit every major checkpoint along the way. The storm also curves with and continues to stay very close to the east Australian coastline (As sourced from the image attached to this post). Luckily I read the Sydney Morning Herald, because without this newspaper I would have no image which provides the full path and track of Cyclone Oswald. Why are there no images that provide the full path and track of Cyclone Oswald on the internet?

Also attached to this post is an article written by Anthony Cornelius. Anthony is a meteorologist from Weather Watch and his article is titled “Oswald shows flaws in warning system”. Anthony quotes, “Oswald was difficult to forecast because it took an unprecedented path from Cairns to Sydney” and that “there is no other system on the record books that might have helped inform meteorologists about how it might behave“. The caption under the title suggests that “unusual behavior and limited information made it hard to predict”. The behavior of Cyclone Oswald was unusual and the track of Cyclone Oswald was also unusual.

The Wikipedia page below is labeled “2013 Eastern Australia floods”, rather than Cyclone Oswald and the path of Oswald is incomplete. It seems I have to rely on two pages from the Sydney Morning Herald in regards to path.

The ENMOD Convention is specifically intended to prevent use of the environment as a means of warfare by prohibiting the deliberate manipulation of natural processes in order to protect the environment because these modifications could produce phenomena such as hurricanes, tidal waves or changes in climate. Unfortunately environmental modification can be used outside of conflict without any knowledge its occurrence.

Convention on the Prohibition of Military or any other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques – United Nations Treaty (Signed in Geneva May 18, 1977)

The treaty created a list of phenomena that could result from the use of environmental modification techniques (this list is sourced from the United Nations Treaty above):

“earthquakes and tsunamis; an upset in the ecological balance of a region; changes in weather patterns (clouds, precipitation, cyclones and tornadic storms); changes in climate patterns; changes in ozone currents; changes in the state of the ozone layer and changes in the state of the ionosphere.”

On February 7th 2013, three months after Hurricane Sandy devastated the New York State area, “Colossal Blizzard Nemo” ripped through the same area of the United States. This resulted in heavy snowfall and hurricane force winds. If Sandy was manufactured, could this phenomena be the result of Hurricane Sandy?

As stated in an earlier post, it is unfortunate that the ENMOD treaty prohibits only the use and not the research into environmental modification techniques. Since ENMOD it is evident that environmental modification has been researched and at very least tested. To what degree has our climate been effected since 1976? Has the effect of weather and environmental modification been so severe that the world has decided to impatiently geoengineer and create a carbon conspiracy? Are governments now taking advantage of these past effects with the use of their own environmental modification techniques? (E.g. Sandy, Evan & Oswald?)

The treaty also aims to prohibit the use of any prohibited techniques within a States territory (sourced from the United Nations Treaty):

“In particular, each State should enact criminal legislation to outlaw and repress the use of prohibited techniques within its territory and anywhere else under its jurisdiction or control.”

ENMOD was enacted because of Operation Popeye, which was a United States military cloud seeding operation. In the United States there are a number of civilian run weather modification programs and associations, for example “Weather Modification, Inc.” and the “Weather Modification Association”. In China the “Beijing Weather Modification Office” runs as a unit of the Beijing Meteorological Bureau. The Beijing Weather Modification Office form a part of China’s nationwide weather control effort, believed to be the world’s largest and it employs 37,000 people nationwide. These civilian run programs do exactly the same thing as Popeye, seed clouds. It should not matter on what scale weather modification is used, collectively it could have the same effect. I believe that criminal legislation should be enacted to outlaw and repress the use of cloud seeding due to the fact that ENMOD was enacted because of cloud seeding.

The treaty also states:

“Any State with reason to believe that any other State is violating the Convention may lodge a complaint with the Security Council of the United Nations, on the basis of which the Security Council may conduct an inquiry.”

I have reason to believe a State is violating (Sandy, Evan, Oswald). Unfortunately I am not a State and I do not know which State is violating. Therefore, environmental modification presents a very difficult situation because this criteria needs to be met. A State needs to lodge a complaint and there needs to be enough suspicion on the State that is violating. If we exposed the effect of weather and environmental modification to the world and exposed the unusual nature of storms and the possibility that they are manufactured, people would do the rest. The major problems in the world today with technology, weaponry and the environment began when governments started keeping secrets. We wouldn’t have these problems if they just exposed the truth about everything in the first place.

For five days Cyclone Evan left a path of destruction through the islands of Fiji and Samoa, but it has also left a very weird and unusual path.

Cyclone Evan started out in the islands of Tavalu where it moved in an odd fashion. Then it moved southeast to the Islands of Samoa. When the storm hit the islands of Samoa, it strangely slows down for an eighteen hour stay (Source: Tropical Cyclone Activity Report – Pacific / Indian Oceans). Evan then circles around the Samoan island of Upolu, where it turns back and heads west towards Fiji. The path of the storm actually crosses over from where it had already came. When Evan finally reaches Fiji it intensifies to its highest peak, a category four cyclone. If you look at Cyclone Evan on the oceanic map below you will realize how unusual this storm really is.

Oceanic Map – Please note the islands of Fiji and Samoa and the fact that they are 1100 kilometers apart. Also note that Fiji, Samoa and Tonga are the most populated island groups in the area, disregard the others. Draw the track of the storm on the Oceanic Map. Compare the distance between Fiji and Samoa to somewhere in the world that you are familiar with. What are the odds of a storm with a path like that? What are the odds of the storm slowing down and circling Samoa? What are the odds of the storm hitting its highest peak on Fiji?

Cyclone Evan intensifies to its peak on the most populated island group in the region, the Fijian Islands. The unusual nature of Cyclone Evan, makes Evan very suspicious and it feels like a direct attack on Fiji and Samoa. Is someone testing their weather modification capabilities on Fiji and Samoa to hit a world superpower in the near future? Unfortunately, like Hurricane Sandy, the people effected by Cyclone Evan have no one to blame. Cyclone Evan occurred in the Oceanic region. I believe that Australia, being leader in the region, needs to take action on this storm. The unusual nature of Evan should at least justify further scientific research or be discussed publicly.

Scientists have been researching the effect of carbon dioxide on climate since the 1960′s and today a consensus position has formed that greenhouse gases are deeply involved in most climate changes and human emissions are bringing serious global warming. As a result, the whole world seems hell bent on slowing and minimizing carbon emissions. The scientific community however, have not acknowledged the existence of another defining argument for climate change, weather modification.

All living things are made of carbon. Carbon is also part of the ocean, air and even rocks. Carbon is essential to all known living systems and without it, life as we know it could not exist. The paths that carbon follow make up the carbon cycle. The NASA quote could be reworded to say: “Even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds could change the climate more than the anticipated changes caused by carbon emissions”. Weather modification has a great deal more of an effect on climate than carbon.

It seems climatologists are directing all their attention to the effect of carbon and greenhouse gas emissions. It would be nice if some attention was directed to effect of weather and environmental modification. Why isnt the effect of weather and environmental modification included in the climate change debate?

From all the information I have gathered, I believe that a carbon conspiracy has been created to hide the past effects that weather modification has had on climate. How much has the climate been effected from the use of weather modification? Have the effects sparked an increase in global warming? People have a right to know and those responsible should own up and take responsibility for their actions. Due to the fact that nobody is taking responsibility, any government can do as they please and throw weather around without any ramifications. As a result, the effect on climate is snowballing. It seems that whoever created this conspiracy and whoever stands by this conspiracy, put reputation and pride before all else.

It is important that we expose the effect of weather modification on climate and prohibit the use, research and possession of weather modification technology.

I have found a document which was written by NASA. The document is labeled “The Importance of Understanding Clouds” (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). The document explains that clouds regulate the planets average temperature and help to spread the suns energy evenly over the earths surface. The article also quotes:

“Even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds could change the climate more than the anticipated changes caused by greenhouse gases, human-produced aerosols, or other factors associated with global change.“

Weather modification has a great deal more of an effect on climate than greenhouse gases. Why isn’t weather modification considered in the climate change debate?

Operation Popeye : Wikipedia

This cloud seeding operation ran for five years, resulting in targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period an average of 30 to 45 days. The continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic and it was considered relatively successful. This military operation was conducted forty years ago and the calculator on my desk is faster than the computers that existed back then. What can they do with weather modification now? How far have governments advanced in this field? The document by NASA that I have added above talks about the fact that even small changes in the abundance or location of clouds can effect climate. Operation Popeye extended monsoon periods for 45 days. That’s more than just an increase in the abundance of clouds, that’s a monsoon.

In 1976, one year after the Vietnam War, a treaty was signed in Geneva “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or any Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques“. The treaty prohibits the hostile use of environmental modification techniques. As a result, I find it very difficult to find evidence of the use of weather modification after that date. Note that the convention prohibits the “use” of environmental modification techniques, not the “research” into these techniques. The problem we have is that it is easy to cheat this prohibition. Weather modification has no source. You know someone is responsible when something gets bombed, but how do we know someone is responsible if a city gets flooded? Weather modification was used in Vietnam and it is being used now. The problem is now, we don’t know who has this technology and we don’t know who is using it. I think its time for Geneva to have another convention. Prohibit the use, prohibit the research and hand over the technology.

“Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

This statement itself goes to prove the existence of this form of technology.

The thirst for power of world governments will be our end. Politicians and bureaucrats will continue to fill their pockets covering up the existence of their weather modification programs and the effect that weather modification has had on climate, while we all live day to day thinking that everything’s going to be okay. The evidence is there and I will keep presenting it.

Think about a storm like Sandy and the list of coincidences that I have presented. If small changes in the abundance of clouds can effect climate, what is the effect of a manufactured super-storm? What is the effect of multiple manufactured super-storms? If governments wont listen and expose the effect of weather modification on climate, we have no choice but to go to the ones that will listen. I plead to scientific community, the climate change community and the weather research community to finally turn their attention to this cause.

It would be better if intervention on this matter was to unfold sooner rather than later. Weather and environmental modification is destroying and will destroy our planet and it seems like nobody cares. That’s why I’m so concerned.

This website was created because of the concern I have for the use of weather modification after Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast of North America. Please use website links and navigation panels (sources and list) while reading and all will become clear. All unusual occurrences and coincidences are sourced.

After watching the news and hearing about the largest Atlantic hurricane on record, I felt something was just not right. While doing searches through Google, I found images which identified the path of the storm and information on the storm which was unusual (I have attached the images to this article). I found that there were too many unusual occurrences for me to accept that this storm was a natural creation.

The storm began in the Caribbean Sea and moved north into the Atlantic Ocean. When the storm reached the North American coastline, it continued to stay the same distance away from the coastline, expanding one thousand and forty miles in diameter. If you look at the images provided, you will see that the storm actually curves with the coastline of North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida, rather than following a direct path. The storm then changed direction and headed west towards New Jersey and Philadelphia. While curving west towards New Jersey, the storm accelerated to a forward motion of nearly 30mph (The hybridization of Sandy – Atmos News (by Bob Henson)). When the storm reached Philadelphia it made a ninety degree turn (rather than going inland), heading through the western parts of New York and then up the east coast through Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec and New Brunswick. The storm lasted for a period of five days, hitting the most populated area of the east coast. Coincidentally, it also seems to circle the business capital of the United States, New York City. Circling New York is the same as hitting it head on. This storm seems to me like more of an attack. Hitting the east coast would be a perfect way to cripple the American economy by destroying trade routes and valuable infrastructure. The people who were effected by the storm however, have lost the most. Millions of people have been effected by Hurricane Sandy and unfortunately they have no one to blame.

On October 25th The National Weather Service accurately predicted Hurricane Sandy would make landfall in southeastern New Jersey four days prior to actually making landfall. This is the same day that Hurricane Sandy was dubbed “Frankenstorm” by NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). If you remember the story of “Frankenstein”, Frankenstein was put together with different body parts and struck by lightning to give him life. Frankenstein was manufactured. If Hurricane Sandy was labeled Frankenstorm, maybe it was manufactured too? It seems oddly coincidental, that a storm with this many unusual occurrences, is labelled Frankenstorm, which is a correlation to Frankenstein. Interestingly enough, Hurricane Sandy sped up just before New Jersey (as sourced earlier in the post), just before the major catastrophe of the storm. It is very coincidental that Hurricane Sandy was dubbed Frankenstorm the same day the National Weather Service predicted the storm would make landfall in New Jersey. Apparently, the European weather models were very accurate in predicting what Hurricane Sandy would do ahead of time. How accurate were the models exactly? Did they predict that Sandy would speed up just before New Jersey? I will continue to investigate.

I myself am not familiar with seeing a storm as unusual as Sandy. If this was a manufactured storm, its long term effect would be worse than a nuclear weapon. A storm of that magnitude could somewhat effect the balance of our climate, which over time could be devastating. However, if Sandy is a manufactured storm, is Sandy the only storm that has been manufactured? Not only could weather modification effect climate change, but the military could attack an enemy, or an ally, and no one would be responsible. My interest then turned to watching YouTube videos relating to weather warfare and I found something very interesting, a documentary on weather warfare created by the History Channel.

After watching the documentary, I was concerned regarding the level of advancement of military weather modification programs. Which countries are researching this type of technology? World powers deal in weapon trading day to day. Like nuclear based technology, it is inevitable that weather modification technology will be placed on the black market and sold to the highest bidder. I am also worried that in the event of a manufactured storm the size of Sandy, governing bodies would make deals to cover up the existence of their own programs and protect their own interests.

After looking at Sandy, I focused my attention on historical data and came across a Wikipedia link that detailed a list of tropical cyclones which have hit South America in the last one hundred years. They’ve documented nineteen tropical cyclones in the 1900s and have already documented twelve in the last twelve years. Also, the Vargas Tragedy in Venezuela on the 15th December 1999 killed tens of thousands of people and it is not even listed on the Wikipedia page below. Therefore, I believe that the governments of South America should be placing pressure on the scientific community to do further research into these storms.

On March 28th 2004 the “Nameless Hurricane” crashed into the coast of Brazil. The Nameless Hurricane was the first-ever hurricane formed in the South Atlantic. Meteorologists were left scratching their heads in bewilderment as the familiar swirl of clouds, complete with a well-defined eye, appeared in an oceanic basin where none had been spotted before. NASA hurricane researcher Robbie Hood stated that “This really caught everybody off guard, Hurricanes aren’t supposed to be in that part of the world”. It is very coincidental that a weather anomaly like the Nameless Hurricane, hit a region that has seen an increase in storms over the past twelve years. Is South America a testing ground for weather based weaponry?

The 2005 Atlantic hurricane season was another recent unusual weather event that should be noted, as it was the most active Atlantic hurricane season in recorded history, shattering numerous records and was also the year that Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana, the most deadliest Hurricane to hit the United States since 1928, resulting in the death of 1833 people. There were 28 named storms in the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season (storms with sustained winds of at least 39 miles per hour). In addition, there were an unprecedented 14 hurricanes, of which seven were major hurricanes (Category 3 or better on the Saffir-Simpson Scale). Three category 5 storms (sustained winds of 156 miles per hour or more) formed in the Atlantic Basin for the first time in a single season (Katrina, Rita, and Wilma). Four major hurricanes and three tropical storms made landfall in the United States, with an eighth storm (Ophelia) brushed brushing the North Carolina coast.

It makes me think that scientists researching the effect of greenhouse gases or carbon should be looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, the climate change community or anyone for that matter, is unable to view the developments of highly top secret governmental programs like weather modification for military purposes. The only way to protect our future would be to expose the misuse of weather modification as soon as we possibly can. As people get smarter, so do the storms.
